The University of Szczecin is the largest university in the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship in Poland. We are a member of the European University Association (EUA). We hold full rights of an autonomous university. Along the 30 years of existence, tens of thousands of students who graduated from the University of Szczecin have been forming qualified staff not only on the regional, but also state and international levels. This is possible as we have acquired a strategy in which it is essential that knowledge and skills of our students match the dynamic changes on the labour market. We have implemented the Bologna Process and continuously develop links with numerous education establishments both in Poland and abroad. The University of Szczecin has signed 476 agreements with around 200 universities within the Erasums+ programme and “MOST” (Polish university exchange programme).
Our educational offer includes 100 courses of study within 10 faculties of: Philology, Humanities, Physical Education and Health Promotion, Economics and Management, Mathematics and Physics, Geosciences, Biology, Law and Administration, Theology, Economics of Services. We carry out research in the following areas: humanities, social, natural, technical, exact, medical and health sciences as well as physical culture. Our academic staff ensure a high quality of education at the university. Many of our lecturers are prominent scientists both on the domestic and international forum.
